What areas do you cover?
We are based in Butler and work right across the Perth metro area — the northern corridor through Butler, Alkimos, Yanchep, Clarkson, Joondalup and Wanneroo, and south into Perth itself. If you are not sure whether we reach you, call or text and ask.
What hours do you work?
We are on site from 7am and work standard trade hours. Call or text 0447 371 068 and we will book you in at the first opening we have.
Are you insured?
Yes — MHL Group is fully insured, and we are happy to provide our insurance details before any work starts. Just ask when you book.
Do you charge for quotes?
No. Quotes are free. Call or text 0447 371 068, or fill in the quote form on this site. Photos help a lot — you can text them straight through, and for a lot of jobs that is enough for us to price it without needing a site visit.
Do you do residential and commercial work?
Both. Homes, rentals and investment properties through to commercial fit-out and ongoing commercial maintenance — including commercial washrooms, ceiling and lighting installations and property maintenance contracts.
Can one company really cover all of those trades?
That is the whole idea. Instead of chasing a plumber, an electrician, an air con installer and a maintenance person separately, you deal with us once and we bring the right person. One call, one point of contact, one job done properly.
Can you install an EV charger at my house?
Yes. We install home EV chargers to Australian standards, with minimal disruption. We can talk through which charger suits your vehicle, your switchboard and how you actually use the car before anything is ordered.
